Placing An Order
1. Browse our site and select a product you would like to purchase or send as a gift.
2. Select your Date to Receive?
2. Select a Wreath Hanger? (Please note that No Hanger is selected automatically.)
3. Select Method of Shipping? (Please note that Free Ground Shipping is selected automatically). For shipments to Hawaii & Alask, select FedEx 2 Day Air (charges apply). For Faster Delivery within the Continental US - select FedEx 2 Day Air or FedEx Next Day Air (charges apply).
4. Enter Name in first box, Apartment, Suite or Unit Number in second box, Street Address in third box, City, State and Zip in fourth box, Gift Note Message in fifth box and Signature (sign your gift note) in sixth box.
5. Click on the Add to Cart button. This takes you to your shopping cart where you can view your order and all the entries you made.
6. If you would like to purchase another item for yourself or another recipient, simply click on the Continue Shopping Button or choose another Category and repeat above process.
7. When you are finished with your purchases and are ready to check out, you will be taken back to your shopping cart where you can review your entries. If everything seems to be in order, you simply click on the Visa or MasterCard button. You will be taken to the billing information screen. You also will be able to see the contents of your shopping cart. If you have made several purchases, scroll down to get to billing information area.
8. Fill out all requested information. (Please Note that you do not have to select anything for Method of Shipping, selections should have already been made.)
9. Once information on the billing screen has been completed, click on the Verify Order button. You will be taken to one more screen which will show your order one more time. If your order is large, please scroll down to review your billing information. Here you will also see your customer number and your order number.
10. If everything seems to be in order, click the Submit for Processing button. If you need to make changes, click the Make Changes button.
11. Once the Submit for Processing button has been clicked, there will be a several second pause and then a Thank You message will appear.
12. A copy of your order will be automatically emailed to the email address you provided. The email will contain all the products you ordered, any accessories or special methods of shipping you requested and all of the recipient information you entered.
13. If you are shipping items to yourself and your billing and shipping information are the same, you need not complete step 4. If your billing and shipping information are different, please complete step 4.
14. Please note that your credit card will be processed by and the company charge name on your credit card statement will be: MAINEWREATHCO
