Ground Delivery Schedule to Continental US Addresses**
(Number of Business Days after Day item ships)

Several options are available for delivery of your product.  FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.  **Please note that UPS Ground is available in the 48 US Contigious States.  Shipments to Hawaii and/or Alaska must use UPS 2 Day Air  or US Postal Service Priority Mail as their method of shipping.

FedEx Ground and UPS Ground orders ship within 1 business day unless otherwise noted. UPS 2 Day Air and UPS Next Day Air ship within 1 business day unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Charges are determined upon checkout.  Charges normally range between $9.95 - $25.95 per order  for  FedEx Ground or UPS Ground and are calculated on the size and amount of packages.  Orders are shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise noted in product description.  FedEex and UPS tracking information for packages is emailed to customer when package ships.

Delivery by UPS Ground is available Monday thru Friday.  FedEx Ground packages delivery is available Tuesday thru Saturday.  Package will be left at given address without signature unless requested by customer.

Please note that backordered or delayed shipping items will hold entire order until it ships complete.  If order is requested to be shipped incomplete additional shipping charges will be applied to backordered or delayed shipping items when those items ship.

 Shipments to Canada

USPS  shipping charges range from $27.50 US on up depending on package weight.  You should receive your product within 6 - 10 business days after product ships via the US Postal Service. An email will be sent indicating date of shipment.

World Wide Shipments

are available by US Postal Service and are shipped World Wide Air Priority Mail.  Shipping charge is determined on checkout. You should receive your product within 6 - 10 business days after product ships. An email will be sent indicating date of shipment.

Additional Shipping Information

1. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available by UPS.  
2. Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $11.00 charge. 
3. Delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO's are available only thru the USPS.
4. UPS will leave the package if no one is available to receive unless a signature is requested by customer.
5. Lost or damaged packages shipped via Priority Mail Worldwide should be reported to your local postal service.  File a claim with your local postal service. Once an international shipment safely leaves the continental United States, it is the responsibility of the receiver. This includes Alaska, Hawaii APO & AE addresses also.
