Please note that if the following guidelines are not met,
no credit or reshipment of product will be done.
Guidelines for returning merchandise:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Number within 5 business days of receipt of product.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Item(s) must be received by our shipping/receiving department no later than 30 days from date of original purchase to receive credit.
- Your purchase will be credited to the method of payment used at time of original purchase and when returned merchandise has been received by our shipping/receiving department.
- Your credit will be for merchandise only; if you refuse shipment, wrong product was ordered or decide product not wanted. Shipping charges will be credited only if wrong item was shipped.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to any returned items and will be deducted from your credit unless wrong item was shipped.
Guidelines for Missing, Lost or Damaged product:
- Email us at email@example.com to report missing, lost or damaged items from your shipment within 5 business days of receipt of product or package.
- Replacement or credit of product will be determined by inventory. If inventory is in a Sold Out condition, credit will be given for the item. If product is available, we will reship within 1 business day.
- Shipping costs for reshipment will be the responsibility of mainewreathco.com and you will not be charged for reshipments due to damaged, lost or missing product.
